Associate, Development & Infrastructure

Avion is seeking a commercially aware, systems-minded associate to support our work across infrastructure, real estate, agriculture, cities, and strategic development initiatives. You’ll help connect business models, site requirements, infrastructure needs, technical inputs, and development sequencing into coherent project architectures.

This role sits at the intersection of systems design, development, and Regenerative Innovation, helping ensure that physical assets are designed to support long-term capability, adaptability, and value creation.

What you'll be doing

You’ll support the development of complex physical systems—translating strategic concepts into site programs, infrastructure requirements, consultant scopes, development plans, and implementation pathways.

You’ll also contribute to feasibility analysis, development sequencing, infrastructure planning, consultant coordination, CAPEX assumptions, procurement inputs, and the design of integrated development platforms.

Who we're looking for

You are comfortable working across development, infrastructure, business, and technical disciplines. You can understand how a complex concept translates into physical requirements and help structure the path from vision to buildable plan.

• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, construction, or related work
• Understanding of development planning, feasibility, and project economics
• Ability to coordinate technical, commercial, and operational requirements
• Familiarity with infrastructure systems, consultants, procurement, and development sequencing
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
