Associate, Innovation Architect

Avion is seeking a curious, analytical builder to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across innovation initiatives, new ventures, and institutional programs—researching opportunities, shaping concepts, and helping translate bold ideas into practical architectures.

This role sits close to Avion’s work in Regenerative Innovation, helping teams explore what is possible, identify where new capability can be created, and structure opportunities for long-term value.

What you'll be doing

You’ll support the development of new concepts and systems—connecting market insight, emerging technology, business models, stakeholders, and capability requirements into clear opportunity architectures.

You’ll also help develop Avion’s proprietary frameworks, research emerging markets and technologies, and support the design of new ventures and growth platforms.

Who we're looking for

You are curious across disciplines and comfortable working with ambiguity. You enjoy research, pattern recognition, business-model thinking, and turning complex information into clear ideas.

• Experience in innovation, strategy, venture building, research, or related work
• Strong analytical and market-research skills
• Interest in AI, emerging technology, and new business models
• Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward building
