Associate, Investment & Capital Architecture

Avion is seeking an analytically strong, commercially minded associate to support our investment and capital work across ventures, assets, and institutional initiatives. You’ll help evaluate opportunities, structure investment logic, and connect capital with the capabilities required to build and scale.

This role sits at the intersection of capital allocation and Regenerative Innovation, helping ensure investment decisions strengthen both near-term value and long-term strategic capacity.

What you'll be doing

You’ll support investment analysis and capital architecture—building financial models, assessing opportunities, developing investment cases, and helping structure capital around complex growth and development initiatives.

You’ll also support diligence, portfolio analysis, transaction structuring, investor materials, and the development of Avion’s capital-allocation frameworks.

Who we're looking for

You are analytical, commercially curious, and comfortable working across finance, strategy, and emerging business models. You can move from data and assumptions to a clear view of value, risk, and investment logic.

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or related work
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of valuation, diligence, and capital structures
• Ability to evaluate business models, markets, and investment opportunities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
