Principal, Systems & Venture Architecture

Avion is seeking a systems thinker and venture architect to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work across new ventures, institutional initiatives, and complex growth platforms—translating opportunity into integrated business, operating, and capability architectures.

This role sits at the intersection of Regenerative Innovation and Regenerative Sovereignty. You’ll collaborate with strategists, investors, technologists, operators, and sector specialists to shape the systems behind what comes next.

What you'll be doing

You’ll lead and support the architecture of ventures and complex systems—connecting business models, technology, capital, governance, partnerships, and operating capability into clear future-state designs.

You’ll also help develop Avion’s proprietary frameworks and translate them into practical models, roadmaps, and client applications.

Who we're looking for

You think across disciplines and are comfortable moving between strategy, technology, investment, and operating design. You can take ambiguity, identify the underlying system, and structure it into something coherent and buildable.

• Experience in venture building, innovation, strategy, systems design, or operating-model development
• Strong commercial and business-model judgment
• Fluency across technology, AI, data, or digital systems
• Understanding of investment logic and capital requirements
• Ability to communicate complex systems with clarity
