Associate, Technology & Intelligent Systems

Avion is seeking a technically fluent, systems-minded associate to support our work across digital platforms, intelligent systems, and technology-enabled transformation. You’ll help connect business requirements with data, AI, infrastructure, integrations, and product architecture.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, systems design, and Regenerative Innovation, helping organizations build digital capabilities that strengthen intelligence, adaptability, and long-term control.

What you'll be doing

You’ll support the design of technology and intelligent systems—mapping requirements, evaluating tools, structuring data flows, and helping define how platforms, AI, automation, and infrastructure fit together.

You’ll also contribute to technical roadmaps, solution architecture, AI use cases, vendor assessments, integrations, product requirements, and the development of Avion’s emerging intelligent-systems frameworks.

Who we're looking for

You are comfortable moving between business and technology. You can understand a complex operating problem, identify the technical capabilities required, and communicate clearly with both strategic and engineering teams.

• Experience in technology strategy, product, systems analysis, data, AI, or related work
• Strong understanding of modern software, cloud, APIs, and digital platforms
• Familiarity with AI, automation, data architecture, and intelligent workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical structures
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
