The firm is currently seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage key client relationships and ensure delivery excellence across engagements. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, operational fluency, and a passion for driving client satisfaction and long-term success.

The Client Success Specialist will act as a critical liaison between Avion’s internal teams and external partners, helping clients navigate project milestones, track deliverables, and maximize value from Avion’s strategy and commercialization services. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex engagements, managing expectations across stakeholders, and driving account growth through proactive relationship management.

This role requires an equal mix of professionalism, empathy, and executional focus. Candidates should bring both a service mindset and the organizational ability to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications and engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across sectors and geographies
  • Support project execution by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops
  • Anticipate client needs and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collect, synthesize, and present client feedback to inform service optimization and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Avion’s consulting, product, and operations teams to ensure a consistent client experience
  • Track client performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify areas for value expansion or cross-sell opportunities
  • Contribute to proposal development, client onboarding, and documentation of best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in client-facing roles in consulting, professional services, or a technology-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in client success platforms and collaboration tools such as Notion, Airtable, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Interest in science, innovation, or economic development sectors is a plus
  • Multilingual or international experience a strong advantage
