Ken “Pooch” Van Druten is a veteran engineer, producer and management consultant whose career spans studio production, live-tour operations and entertainment-industry strategy. As Principal Advisor for Industry Strategy & Entertainment at Avion, he leverages decades of frontline experience in large-scale live performance and production management to advise clients on operational excellence, venue design, tech stack deployment and strategic monetization within the entertainment and media sector.

Ken graduated from Berklee College of Music (Magna Cum Laude) and began his career in Los Angeles as a studio engineer before pivoting to front-of-house live sound engineering. Over the past twenty years he has worked with major acts including Linkin Park, KISS and Iron Maiden, and has earned multiple awards in his field. 

Now transitioning into high-level consulting and advisory work, Ken combines his hands-on technical mastery with strategic insight—helping clients across media, entertainment, technology and experience-sectors build scalable platforms, optimise workflows, embed innovation and monetise creative ecosystems.
