Alphacel Global and Avion Advisors Expand Strategic Partnership Across APAC

Expanded partnership advances clinical development, AI-driven longevity infrastructure, board-level governance and strategic growth across Southeast Asia, East Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Alphacel Global and Avion Advisors are expanding their strategic partnership to support Alphacel's next phase of growth across APAC, bringing together clinical development, international market strategy, governance, AI-driven infrastructure and strategic capital formation as the company builds for the region's rapidly evolving longevity economy.

SINGAPORE and ABU DHABI —Alphacel Global PL, the Singapore-based biotechnology and wellness company behind SURAN NAMI, and Avion Advisors, LLC are expanding their strategic partnership to support Alphacel's next stage of growth across Southeast Asia, East Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region, with an increased focus on longevity data development, governance, market restructuring and technology infrastructure.

The expanded mandate moves the relationship beyond a traditional advisory scope toward longer-term execution. Avion will work alongside Alphacel's leadership on growth restructuring across key Asian markets, including Thailand and China, while contributing to the company's long-term governance through board participation.

The companies will also develop AI-driven infrastructure designed to connect longevity markets with clinical evidence, product intelligence and real-world outcomes, supported by Avion's technical team spanning biotechnology, consumer health and wellness, engineering, artificial intelligence and longevity.

The strategy comes as aging populations across Asia increase demand for healthcare innovation, preventive health, healthy-aging solutions and new models capable of supporting health and functional independence later in life.

Alphacel expects its next phase of development to include strategic growth capital to support clinical research, technology development, market expansion and the institutional capabilities required to scale across priority markets. Capital formation is expected to develop alongside stronger clinical, governance and operating infrastructure.

“Aging is one of the most consequential healthcare and social challenges of our generation,” said Lincoln Yeo, Co-Founder of Alphacel Global and Chairman of Contracts and Purchasing at Lions Home For The Elders. “Through Alphacel and my work with Lions Home, I have seen the importance of supporting people throughout the aging process and the opportunity for science, nutrition and innovation to help people maintain health, function and independence for longer.”
“Our work with Avion is now developing beyond international expansion into the systems Alphacel will need for its next stage — clinical development, technology, governance and stronger integration across international markets,” Yeo added.
Thailand Creates a Strategic Platform for Clinical and Market Development

The expanded partnership follows an important regulatory development for Alphacel in Thailand, where a curcumin-based dietary supplement within its portfolio has received registration from the Thai Food and Drug Administration, enabling its development within the Thai market and strengthening its manufacturing capabilities in Switzerland and Slovakia.

The milestone strengthens Alphacel's position in one of Asia's established healthcare, wellness and medical-tourism markets and provides a foundation for deeper commercial and clinical development across its suite of nutraceuticals and longevity pipeline.

Alphacel and Avion emphasize that regulatory registration and clinical validation serve different purposes. Regulatory authorization of a dietary supplement should not be interpreted as evidence that a particular ingredient produces a specific clinical effect, that a formulation demonstrates superior bioavailability, or that claims relating to disease prevention, treatment or longevity have been clinically substantiated.

Those questions require appropriate scientific investigation.

Alphacel therefore intends to build upon regulatory market access with a structured clinical-development programme designed to evaluate its formulations through appropriate research methodologies, clinical partnerships and measurable outcomes.

Thailand's combination of healthcare infrastructure, international medical tourism, wellness services and regional connectivity makes it a particularly relevant environment for this next phase.

Building Sovereign Capabilities Around Longevity and Healthy Aging

The regional strategy reflects a broader shift in how countries are approaching aging, healthcare resilience and emerging longevity technologies.

Across APAC, governments, healthcare systems and private institutions are confronting the economic and social implications of aging populations while investing in biotechnology, preventive health, digital infrastructure and new models of care.

For Avion, Alphacel's development represents an opportunity to contribute to this transition by building capabilities that can operate across markets while supporting stronger local clinical, scientific and institutional ecosystems.

“We see longevity as increasingly connected to sovereignty — both for countries building the capabilities to support healthier, more resilient populations and for individuals seeking greater agency over their own health outcomes,” said Chris Ha, Managing Partner of Avion Advisors. “Our goal with Alphacel is to build the scientific, technological and institutional infrastructure that allows those capabilities to compound: stronger evidence, better intelligence, responsible innovation and ultimately better-informed decisions about health.”

Alphacel's flagship SURAN NAMI portfolio is built around advanced delivery technologies designed to improve the water solubility and bioavailability of active ingredients. Its portfolio includes formulations incorporating curcumin, NMN, vitamins, CoQ10, omega fatty acids and other natural compounds.

As Alphacel expands, the company intends to develop a clearer evidence architecture connecting product quality, analytical characterization, regulatory compliance, clinical research and real-world outcomes. The approach is designed to allow the company's scientific and commercial development to mature alongside the level of evidence available for individual formulations.

Expanding Across Southeast Asia, East Asia and APAC

Thailand and China will serve as immediate priorities within a broader strategy spanning Southeast Asia, East Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Rather than approaching international growth principally through conventional product distribution, Alphacel and Avion intend to develop an integrated market architecture connecting clinical partnerships, distribution, institutional relationships, consumer channels, scientific development and strategic partnerships.

China remains an important component of this strategy, while Thailand provides a complementary environment combining commercial development with opportunities across healthcare, wellness and medical tourism.

The broader regional strategy provides a framework for Alphacel to participate in established and emerging longevity ecosystems across APAC, including markets confronting rapidly aging populations and increasing demand for preventive health, biotechnology and evidence-based wellness solutions.

Over time, the company expects to develop additional clinical, commercial and institutional relationships across the region as its underlying infrastructure expands.

Connecting Science, Brand and Market Development

Alphacel's next phase will also focus on translating increasingly sophisticated science into products and experiences that can be understood across different cultures and markets.

This will require greater coordination between clinical development, regulatory strategy, consumer communication and brand architecture as the company expands internationally.

“Scientific innovation creates its greatest value when people can understand it, trust it and ultimately incorporate it into their lives,” said Jonathan Tan, Co-Founder and CMO of Alphacel Global. “Our opportunity is to build our products into an internationally recognized portfolio while ensuring that the way we communicate our products develops alongside the evidence, technology and infrastructure behind them.”

The strategy is intended to position Alphacel between two rapidly converging markets: growing consumer interest in longevity and healthy aging, and increasing expectations from clinicians, institutions and informed consumers for stronger evidence supporting health-related products and claims.

Engineering Infrastructure for Longevity at Scale

A central component of the expanded partnership will be the development of AI-driven infrastructure capable of connecting information that traditionally exists across separate scientific, clinical and commercial systems.

Avion is assembling a distinguished multidisciplinary technical team with experience spanning biotechnology, consumer health and wellness, longevity, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and engineering to support this development.

The technical programme will include Gabriel Silva, whose work will focus on the infrastructure required to support increasingly data-intensive longevity ecosystems, and Andrey Brutski, whose work will include the development and application of agentic systems capable of helping Alphacel scale intelligence, workflows and operations across markets.

The underlying premise is that longevity cannot scale effectively through products alone. As clinical evidence, product portfolios, geographic markets and institutional relationships expand, the infrastructure connecting them becomes increasingly important.

Alphacel and Avion therefore intend to build a technology architecture capable of bringing together clinical evidence, product and formulation data, practitioner engagement, market intelligence, consumer adoption and longitudinal outcomes.

The infrastructure work will focus on the systems required to support this environment as its complexity and data requirements increase, helping establish a foundation through which clinical, scientific and commercial information can be governed and used across an expanding longevity ecosystem. The engineering work will explore how agentic systems can operate across that infrastructure to coordinate increasingly complex workflows, synthesize information and support organizational scale. Over time, these systems are intended to help reduce the fragmentation between research, operations and market development while preserving appropriate human oversight.

Rather than positioning artificial intelligence primarily as a consumer-facing feature, the companies intend to make it part of Alphacel's underlying operating architecture.

As structured clinical programmes and partnerships develop, this infrastructure is intended to create a progressively richer intelligence environment connecting research, commercial operations and product development.

“Longevity does not suffer from a shortage of information; it suffers from fragmentation,” Ha said. “Clinical evidence, formulation science, consumer behavior and market intelligence often exist in completely separate environments. The opportunity is to build infrastructure that connects those signals and then use intelligent and increasingly agentic systems to make that knowledge actionable at scale — while maintaining the scientific governance and human judgment that healthcare demands.”

The platform and its supporting infrastructure will be developed with governance around scientific interpretation, data management and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in health-related applications.

Governance and Strategic Capital for the Next Phase

The expanded relationship will deepen Avion's involvement in Alphacel's corporate governance and long-term strategic development, including board-level participation.

As Alphacel develops across multiple jurisdictions, the companies intend to establish greater alignment between governance, scientific development, technology investment, capital formation and international execution.

This institutional foundation is also expected to support Alphacel's preparation for strategic growth capital as the company enters its next stage.

Future capital would be directed toward priorities including clinical-development programmes, technology infrastructure, regional market expansion, organizational capabilities and strategic opportunities across the longevity ecosystem.

The objective is to align capital with measurable capability development rather than pursue expansion independently of the scientific and operating infrastructure required to sustain it.

Avion will work alongside Alphacel's leadership to strengthen executive capacity, specialist capabilities, institutional relationships and the operating systems required for international scale.

Building for Asia's Longevity Economy

Alphacel's regional development is structured around a long-term view of healthy aging rather than a single product category or market.

The company intends to combine advanced formulations, clinical development, international market infrastructure, technology and strategic partnerships as it builds across APAC.

With Thailand providing a new regulatory and clinical-development platform, China remaining a major strategic market, and additional opportunities emerging across Southeast Asia and East Asia, Alphacel and Avion expect the next phase to focus on converting regional growth into durable scientific and institutional capabilities.

The companies will continue developing clinical, technology and market infrastructure during 2026 as Alphacel prepares for broader regional growth and future strategic capitalization.
